Lena (Coordinator): Good morning. I'm Lena, the volunteer coordinator at the Community Hub.
Tom (New Volunteer): Hi Lena, I'm Tom. Thanks for taking me through the details.
Lena (Coordinator): We're a small centre on the periphery of town. It's near the old turnpike.
Tom (New Volunteer): Oh, I drive past the turnpike every day. Which exit should I use?

Lena (Coordinator): Please bring photo ID and wear closed shoes. Also, we talk about safety and what to report.
Tom (New Volunteer): If someone takes an item, do volunteers handle it themselves?
Lena (Coordinator): No. We report theft to the manager who can call the police. They may prosecute when there is clear evidence.
Tom (New Volunteer): Do you prosecute for small misunderstandings?
Lena (Coordinator): Generally not. We don't want minor incidents prosecuted, but serious thefts are prosecuted to protect the centre.
