Leasing Agent: Good morning. I'm the leasing agent. Welcome to the Maple Street flats. How can I help you today?
Applicant: Hi. I'm here to see the two-bedroom. My last place was hit by a hurricane and I need someplace safe.
Leasing Agent: I'm sorry to hear about the hurricane. We do advise renters to check windows after storms. It is customary to have renter's insurance here.
Applicant: Yes, my old flat was left disheveled after the storm; carpets and curtains were messy and wet.
Leasing Agent: This apartment sits on the flank of a small hill, so it drains well. The flank position helped the building avoid flooding during the last hurricane.
Applicant: That's good. I also noticed a large bird on the balcony when I arrived — a falcon. I saw the falcon twice while walking around.
