Customer: Hi. I need to return a few things I bought last week.
Shop Assistant: Okay. What items are those?
Customer: A yogurt that was off, a small nailbrush with loose bristles, and a supplement I bought for smokers.
Shop Assistant: I see. Sorry about the yogurt. Did you keep the yogurt in the fridge?
Customer: Yes, I refrigerated the yogurt. It smelled bad when I opened it this morning.
