Receptionist: Good afternoon. Welcome to the Grand Plaza Hotel. How can I help you today?
Guest: Hello. I have a reservation under the name Brown. I booked for three nights.
Receptionist: May I see your ID please? Thank you. Our system shows a booking for two nights and room 312.
Guest: Oh, I thought it was room 502 for three nights. I'm a bit unconvinced that is right.
Receptionist: If you are unconvinced, I can email the booking details now. Some sites show different information.
Guest: Please do. Also, the online photo made the bed look bigger. I hope the price does not deceive me.
Receptionist: We will not deceive guests. If anything is wrong, we will sort it out.
Guest: Yesterday I tried to use an old key card and it failed. That was a bootless attempt to open the door.
