Traveler: Here you go. I was in Porto for ten days visiting family.
Immigration Officer: Purpose of visit?
Traveler: Holiday and a few souvenirs. I bought some candles and local honey.
Immigration Officer: Do any of the candles have a wick that could be exposed?

Immigration Officer: I need to mention that an official memorandum about declarations came into effect this month.
Traveler: I read the memorandum on the airline website yesterday.
