Passenger: Good afternoon. It has been pleasant. I flew in early and grabbed a kipper sandwich at the café.
Check-in Agent: A kipper? That sounds traditional. Please note strong-smelling food can sometimes be inspected at security.
Passenger: I understand. I packed it in my carry-on and tried to wrap it, but I was worried it might smell similar to smoked fish in the cabin.
Check-in Agent: Right. Let me check your passport and ticket. Your flight to Edinburgh is scheduled at 17:30 from Gate B22.
Passenger: Thanks. Could you inscribe my name on this fragile sticker? I want it on the tag for the guitar case.
