Putaran 5

Dengar ulang tanpa subtitle

📝 Transkrip Dialog IELTS Speaking

Shop Assistant: Good afternoon. Welcome to Green Lane Gifts. How can I help you today? Customer: Hello. I bought a small fern here last Monday and I'd like a refund, please. Shop Assistant: I'm sorry to hear that. Did the fern arrive damaged or does it look unhealthy? Customer: It looks very dry now. I thought it would last longer from the outset. Shop Assistant: Right. Do you have the receipt? Our till shows a sale for a fern at twelve pounds. Customer: I have the receipt, but I swear I paid fifteen pounds. There was a comical sticker that made it seem like a gift. Shop Assistant: Okay. Can I measure the plant? I will use this ruler to check the height. Customer: I already measured it at home with my own ruler. It was about twenty centimetres, but now it's smaller. Shop Assistant: I understand. We also had a small ballot for customers at the outset of the sale to pick favourite pots. Customer: Yes, I filled a ballot on the day I bought the fern. It had a comical drawing on the ballot paper. Shop Assistant: Thanks. If the plant failed within a week we can offer a refund or exchange. The ballot box is near the till if you need to check. Customer: I would prefer a refund, please. I kept the pot and the plant, and I still have the receipt. Shop Assistant: All right. I'll process the refund now. At the outset I should mention it may take a few days to return the money to your card.
