Putaran 5

Dengar ulang tanpa subtitle

📝 Transkrip Dialog IELTS Speaking

Receptionist: Good afternoon. Welcome to Riverside Hotel. How can I help you today? Guest: Hello. I have a reservation under the name Carter for three nights. Receptionist: Yes, Mr Carter. I see three nights and a standard city-view room. Your booking shows breakfast at 7:30. Guest: I actually asked for a quiet garden view when I booked. I prefer no ostentation in my room; simple and calm is best. Receptionist: I understand. We try to avoid ostentation and loud decorations in those rooms. I will check if a garden view is available. Guest: Also, I read online that the elevator is hydraulic. Is that true? Receptionist: Yes, our elevator is hydraulic and a little slow. Please allow extra time for the hydraulic lift; it makes a small noise but is safe. Guest: One more thing. I had some detraction from staff at another hotel before. That made me nervous about service here. Receptionist: I'm sorry to hear that. We work hard to prevent any detraction from our service. Receptionist: If anything goes wrong, we will help and try to alleviate your concern quickly. We also try to alleviate inconvenience where we can. Guest: If something is damaged, will you recompense me? Receptionist: Yes. We will recompense customers for damage, and we can recompense with a voucher or payment if needed.
