Putaran 5

Dengar ulang tanpa subtitle

📝 Transkrip Dialog IELTS Speaking

Receptionist: Good afternoon. Welcome to the Grand Plaza Hotel. How can I help you today? Guest: Hi, I have a reservation under Bennett for two nights. Receptionist: Yes, Mr Bennett. Could I see ID and the card, please? We place a $50 deposit hold on the card for incidentals. Guest: Of course. The lobby looks great. I like the marble floor and the little marble sculpture near the desk. Receptionist: Thank you. Your room is on the third floor. The elevator area can be a bit busy and you might hear a roar from the street at times. Guest: That's fine. My son has a video game on his tablet. Is there Wi-Fi and a place for him to play? Receptionist: Yes, we have free Wi-Fi and a small children's corner with consoles. The video game room closes at nine, and breakfast is served from seven to ten. Guest: I read online that the deposit could be $100. Will that apply to our booking? Receptionist: For suites the hold is $100, but for your standard booking it's $50. The Wi-Fi password is printed at the desk. Also, on weekends breakfast starts at 6:30. Guest: I see. I can already hear the distant roar of the fountain. We'll be OK. We'll grab the keys after you check our ID? Receptionist: Yes. We'll give you the keys now once we finish ID and card checks. Enjoy the marble lobby and the game area.
