Receptionist: That's good to hear. Once you find a groove, recovery is usually quicker and easier. Patient: One more thing: last time a form was blank when I signed. I don't want any complicity or mistakes on my record. Receptionist: We ask patients not to sign blank documents. Signing without reading could suggest complicity in errors, and we avoid that.
