Putaran 5

Dengar ulang tanpa subtitle

📝 Transkrip Dialog IELTS Speaking

I want to talk about a recent clothing launch that shows how advertising shapes expectations. A small brand sold a jacket as a unique piece. The ad repeatedly called the cut and pattern unique and used that as a selling point. They promoted the jacket in a short zoom presentation aimed at lifestyle bloggers. During the zoom demonstration a model showed colours and styling ideas. The label on the jacket actually identified the fabric as recycled polyester. Yet the advert had once suggested organic cotton, which confused buyers. The fabric itself felt a bit stiff to some customers. A few people said the seams made the garment uncomfortable around the shoulders. One shopper cancelled a pre-order after viewing the product on their own. The company allowed customers to cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Still, others reported cancelling later because the fit was wrong. The marketing also promised three day delivery, though reviews mentioned five days for most orders. Overall my point is simple. Clever messaging, like calling something unique, can hide trade-offs in material and comfort. If a seller shows a product on zoom, buyers should check the tag and not be afraid to cancel if it feels uncomfortable.
