Client: I was worried. I have slimmed since I started, but this pain worries me. Trainer: You have slimmed a lot. Well done. A few clients have slimmed with gentle training and stretching. Trainer: For now, be tender with that area. Avoid heavy weights for two weeks. Client: So I should stop all exercise? Trainer: No. Do light cardio and gentle stretches. If it is tender or painful, rest and tell me. Trainer: I recommend three short sessions per week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 pm are best for this plan. Client: That sounds good. Do you offer any other help? Trainer: Yes. I can give a simple nutrition plan for extra cost. I can also watch your posture next session. Client: Thanks. I will come on Monday. I want to keep going but stay careful with the tender spot.
