Putaran 5

Dengar ulang tanpa subtitle

📝 Transkrip Dialog IELTS Speaking

Receptionist: Good morning. Lakeside Health Clinic. I'm Anna at reception. How can I help? Patient: Morning. I'm Tom. I have an appointment with Dr Patel at ten o'clock. Receptionist: I see you signed in at nine fifty. Please sit down. We have tea and a pastry in the waiting area. Someone said the blueberry muffin is really yummy. Patient: Thanks. I actually felt sick after eating something yummy at a street stall yesterday. Receptionist: I'm sorry to hear that. What are your symptoms? Patient: I've had a stomach ache since last night and a rash on my arm. I pulled a weed in the garden three days ago, so I'm not sure what caused the rash. Receptionist: Have you taken any medicine or used any substances recently? Patient: I tried a painkiller. I also sometimes use weed recreationally, though not often. I had a puff two days ago. Receptionist: Do you feel the previous medical advice helped? Patient: Not really. I was dissatisfied with the pharmacist's advice last week; they suggested a different tablet and I felt worse. Receptionist: I understand. If you're dissatisfied we'll note it on the patient survey so we can improve. A nurse will see you shortly. Any allergies? Patient: Only mild hay fever. By the way, my daughter tried the muffin and said it was yummy too.
