📝 雅思口语对话文本

Receptionist: Good morning. Clinic reception. How can I help you today? Patient: Hi, I have a routine check-up. I hoped the traffic wouldn't hamper my arrival, but I got here a bit early. Receptionist: That's fine. Being early gives us time. Sometimes paperwork can hamper the process, so early helps. Patient: I brought my insurance card and the online form I filled out to ease things. Receptionist: Great. Missing the card may hinder check-in, so thank you for bringing it. Patient: I come regularly, so I'm in a groove with the exercises the physiotherapist gave me. Receptionist: That's good to hear. Once you find a groove, recovery is usually quicker and easier. Patient: One more thing: last time a form was blank when I signed. I don't want any complicity or mistakes on my record. Receptionist: We ask patients not to sign blank documents. Signing without reading could suggest complicity in errors, and we avoid that. Receptionist: If you like, I can explain each form to put you at ease. Using the online system also eases the queue. Patient: That would help. I don't want delays to hinder my appointment time, though I can wait if necessary. Receptionist: We try to keep waits short. There is free Wi-Fi and a small coffee shop across the street if you want to wait, but that is just extra info. Patient: Thank you. I appreciate you taking time to explain. I prefer things that ease my mind and will check each box carefully to avoid any complicity. Receptionist: Perfect. I'll complete registration now. A few minutes won't hamper the schedule, and small delays won't hinder urgent care.
