Paul: Okay. I practiced the opening twice. Do you want me to rehearse with the team? Manager: Yes, run a short rehearsal. Watch the timing and transitions. Paul: Got it. About dress code, you suggested a simple dress for the meeting. Manager: Exactly. A summer dress will pair with a blazer and still look professional. Paul: Would a smart blouse work too? Manager: Yes, a smart blouse will pair with a blazer as well. Either option is fine. Paul: Great. Anything to boost the mood beforehand? Manager: When we finish the deck, let's give a cheer as a quick team boost. Paul: I like that. We can give a cheer after the final run-through to celebrate finishing. Manager: Also note: the client meeting starts at 10. Please arrive fifteen minutes early. Paul: I'll be there by 9:40. I'll also check slide five one more time. Manager: Perfect. Watch it closely during the run, and then we'll wrap up with a quick applause.
