Guest: Hi. I have a reservation under Carter for two nights.
Receptionist: Let me check. Yes, Mr Carter, we have you from Thursday to Saturday. Could I see some ID, please?
Guest: Sure. Here is my passport. Also, my eyesight isnt great, so could I have a quiet room and a large-print bill?
Receptionist: I understand. I'm sorry, there was an oversight in our system that duplicated your booking. I will fix that now and confirm your room.
Guest: Thanks very much. Which floor will the room be on?
Receptionist: We can put you on the fifth floor. The room is 502. Visibility of the floor numbers is good there.
Guest: That's helpful. I prefer away from the lift because of noise. My eyesight makes small signs hard to read.
Receptionist: We can move you further down the corridor if visibility is an issue for your eyesight. Apologies again for the earlier oversight.
Guest: One more thing. Is parking free?
Receptionist: Originally the system showed complimentary parking, but actually parking costs 10 dollars per night. Breakfast is included from 7 to 10.
