Receptionist: Good morning. Welcome to the City Museum of Decorative Arts. How can I help you today?
Visitor: Hi. I'm here to see the ceramics collection and the old clock exhibit. Also, my sister asked if you have a cot in the family room because she has a baby.
Receptionist: Yes. The clock is in Gallery Three, just past the stairs. The antique clock there is a museum highlight.
Visitor: Great. Is there any special dinnerware on show? My partner collects old plates.
Receptionist: We have a Victorian dinnerware set in the glass case near the main entrance. Dinnerware here means plates, cups and serving pieces.
Visitor: Is photography allowed in the galleries? And can we borrow a cot for the baby?
Receptionist: Photography without flash is allowed in the Victorian room only. The cot is available in the family room but you must sign a short form.
Visitor: Will staff set up the cot? Or do we need to do it ourselves?
Receptionist: Staff will bring the folded cot and set it up for you. The cot is lightweight and stored near the reception.
Visitor: Perfect. Do you have a map? Also where is the café? I might want a snack after I see the clock.
Receptionist: Here is a map. The café is on the ground floor beside the gift shop. Note the clock gallery closes at 5:30. The dinnerware display closes with the main galleries at six.
Visitor: Thanks. One more thing: are there lockers? I have a coat and a small bag.
Receptionist: Yes. Lockers are just to your left as you enter. Enjoy the exhibition and let us know if you need the cot later.
