Visitor: Hi. I'm Tom. My wife and I are actually on our honeymoon and we popped in for a quick look.
Librarian: Congratulations. Are you finding everything all right?
Visitor: Not quite. I have an ankle injury from a fall yesterday, so I can't walk or move carefreely.
Librarian: Oh dear. I'm sorry to hear about your ankle injury. We can help.
