Sales Assistant: That sounds serious. A rash can be a clear manifestation of a chemical reaction.
Customer: Yes. The red rash is a visible manifestation. I live in the commune next to the market and I will take the bottle to the commune health centre.
Sales Assistant: Thank you for telling us. We can offer a full refund now. We will not give you a measly coupon instead.

Sales Assistant: We will test the bottle and report the issue. We must reprehend the supplier if the test shows methanol.
