The first draft needs another revision; the draft is due Wednesday and the final report is due Friday. Project Coordinator: I'll present the revised timeline during the call and bring printouts for everyone. Team Leader: Good. Can you confirm the room? I booked Conference Room B for our internal discussion, though the client will be on speaker. Project Coordinator: Right. Also, Sarah mentioned she might present the budget overview. She suggested reallocating funds from travel to software. Team Leader: That's useful. Keep it short; we only need minor adjustments. Remember, the recess should be brief, ten minutes tops. Project Coordinator: Understood. If the client call runs long, we'll postpone the break. I might step out during the recess to make a quick call. Team Leader: One more thing: the demo next week. Someone proposed delaying it a week, but I think it's better to keep the original schedule. Project Coordinator: Agreed. I'll circulate notes after the call and confirm the schedule.
