Notifications can be helpful, but I advise limiting or muting them so they do not interrupt your work. Young people often use visual apps, but it is incorrect to assume they always prefer images to text. There are several pitfalls when using social media. By pitfalls I mean the problems and dangers users face, such as echo chambers and scams. Practical steps help. Adjust your privacy settings. Follow reliable accounts. Pause before you share. These steps make it easier to navigate conflicting information and to use technology more safely.
