Putaran 5

Dengar ulang tanpa subtitle

📝 Transkrip Dialog IELTS Speaking

Dispatcher: Emergency control, this is Anna. What is the emergency? Salon Owner: My name is James. I own Riverside Styling Salon. Someone broke in and a customer is burned. Dispatcher: Okay James. Where exactly are you? Is anyone in immediate danger? Salon Owner: We are at 12 High Street. The customer is at the back. There's smoke but not a full fire. The styling irons were left on. Dispatcher: Understood. Can you tell me the person's condition? Are they conscious? Salon Owner: Yes, conscious but in pain. I checked their temperature and it feels high. I covered the burned hand with a clean cloth to try to defend it from dirt. Dispatcher: Good. Don't move them unless needed. Keep them calm. We will send an ambulance in about eight minutes and a police car in about twelve. Salon Owner: Thanks. Also, a neighbour said someone tried to defend the shop from looters. The styling chairs are scuffed but not the main issue. Dispatcher: Okay. While you wait, cool the burn with cool water for ten minutes if possible. Check the person's temperature again in five minutes. Salon Owner: I will. I worry the heat from the heater raised the salon temperature. I worried about the customer's temperature and their breathing. Dispatcher: That's sensible. Keep them away from smoke. The ambulance team will defend patient safety when they arrive. Salon Owner: Thank you. I'll stay on the line and follow instructions.
