Patient: Hi. I have an appointment for a pregnancy check and my hip pain. My name is Carter.
Receptionist/Nurse: Hello Carter. Do you have the confirmation? What time does it say?
Patient: The confirmation shows 11:30, but when I booked online it asked if 10:00 would work.
