Passenger: Hello. Sure, here is my passport. My booking is with Skye, flight SK123 to Glasgow.
Check-in Agent: Thank you. I see your seat is 12A. Have you got your boarding pass printed or on your phone?
Passenger: On my phone. I kept my face mask on until security and I still have the mask in my pocket now.
Check-in Agent: Right. Please keep the mask on until you board. There was a gate change earlier; now boarding will be at gate 22.
Passenger: Oh, the app showed gate 20 this morning, so that was a bit of a mix-up. Also, I think I left a small towel on the towel rack in the lounge.
Check-in Agent: We can call the lounge to check. Which towel rack was it? Some people mean the high towel rack by the sinks.
Passenger: It was on the lower towel rack next to the mirror. I also packed an extra mask in my carry-on, just in case.
Check-in Agent: Okay, I will contact the lounge and then confirm your gate number again. Enjoy a short wait — the sky is clear today.
Passenger: Thanks. I appreciate that. If the lounge doesn't have it I can buy a replacement, but I prefer to get the towel back.
