Patient: Sure. By the way, my son has a school project about a stegosaurus and I brought a short list of stegosaurus facts to read while we wait.
Receptionist: Oh, that's interesting. Tell him we have a children's leaflet at reception that might include facts and pictures.
Patient: That would help. Also, should we sit in the blue chairs? The email said to wait in the blue area, but someone this morning said room four.
Receptionist: Sorry for the mix-up. Usually it's the blue chairs and a nurse will call you in about ten minutes, though sometimes it's nearer twenty.
