Passenger: Morning. Yes, I'm checking in. Flight 274 to Lisbon. I hope I'm not too late.
Check-in Agent: You're fine. Which luggage are you checking? One suitcase and a carry-on?
Passenger: That's right. The suitcase is 22 kilos, and my bag is on the small side.
Check-in Agent: Our checked allowance is 23 kilos. If it's one kilo overweight, the consequence is an extra fee or having to move items to carry-on.
Passenger: I see. What's the carry-on size and weight?
