Today I'm talking about the Harvest Lantern Festival in Riverford. It is a yearly celebration with a prestigious 'Lantern of Light' award for the best design. The festival has long had renown for its colourful, handmade lanterns. The event is imminent; it starts next Saturday at six in the evening.
