Security Guard: Hi Anna. I'm Mark, a security guard here at Riverside Park. I'm at the east gate.
Security Guard: Sorry, correction, the man is actually by the main fountain, not the gate.
Dispatcher: Okay, thank you. Please stay on the line. Is he conscious?
Security Guard: He's breathing but very confused. He's sitting on a bench, alone, in clear solitude.
Security Guard: He even told me earlier that he prefers solitude most days.
Dispatcher: Do you see any hazards nearby? Is there a fragment of glass or anything sharp?
