Dispatcher: Emergency Services, this is central dispatch. What's your emergency and where are you calling from?
Neighbour: Hi, I'm calling from 12 Oak Street. I live next door to Mr Lopez. There has been a small tremor in the house and he is shaking.
Dispatcher: Okay. Is he awake and breathing?
Neighbour: Yes, he is awake but confused. His hands have a constant tremor and he can't hold his cup.
Dispatcher: Right. Do you know his age and whether he has any chest pain or bleeding?
Neighbour: He's about seventy-eight. No bleeding, no chest pain, and he can breathe normally.

Dispatcher: Paramedics are on their way. They should arrive in about eight minutes. Stay with him and talk to him until they get there.
Neighbour: Will do. Thanks. Should I move him to the couch now?
