不要只聽完就結束。把同一條內容拆成 5 遍，先抓大意，再解決語言點，再模仿、聽寫、複聽，最後把內容變成自己的表達。

看英文字幕
解決生詞和難句，可以查字典、做簡短筆記。
第三遍
跟讀 shadowing
逐句模仿語音語調、節奏與重音，盡量貼近原聲。
第四遍
少量聽寫
挑幾句關鍵句做聽寫，訓練從聲音到句子的組織能力。
第五遍
無字幕複聽
查漏補缺，回到純聽，感受英語聲音和節奏。

Every time I walk back through that door now, I hear the pacifying cadence of friends who refused to let hurt be the final word. Naming felt like an act of mercy, a small rebellion against whatever had tried to define us. It’s silly maybe, but that night taught me how we keep each other human.
